Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 224!

Boy Scout Troop 224 is an active Boy Scout Troop that takes part in camping, hiking, day activities, and community service. While we are an active troop, Troop 224 recognizes and knows the importance of balance in a scout's life, with school, church, and other extracurricular activities. Troop 224's program succeeds through a combination of the leadership, spirit, and energy of its Boy Scouts with the mentoring efforts of its adult volunteers. Young men interested in joining Troop 224 will find a program that stresses the long-term journey of scouting, one that lasts several years. We represent the local area, with scouts and leaders from Pembroke Pines, Cooper City, Weston, and Southwest Ranches. Our meetings take place in Southwest Ranches, and we are sponsored by St. Edward Catholic Church. Troop 224 is always seeking new scouts interested and willing to join us on this adventure!  If you would like more information, please visit the "Contact Us" section of our website. We hope to meet you soon.

August 2020 UPDATE - We continue to be an active troop with small-group activities, Zoom meetings, among other efforts. Don't hesitate to learn more about us.
